I.T Communications has over 14 years’ experience with the 3CX PBX and over the years we have learnt by experience what works and not.

If you are deploying hosted 3CX, we recommend doing this over a VPN Link. We provide this as a service.

3CX Licenses

The 3CX Licence is included in the rental.

 

 

Support

Support is included Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Standard support using non-custom templated phone templates and configurations.

 

 

 

Requirements / Limitations

Requirements / Limitations

 

  • IP phones must be configured behind a 3CX SBC or router phone. Consider using 3CX Apps instead for seamless remote working!

 

  • You will not get SSH access to the machine – all operating system management is done by I.T Communications.

 

  • We do not support IP-Phones which are connected via STUN to a hosted instance. All IP-Phones must be connected using the 3CX SBC or a router phone.

Server Spec

Each 3CX PBX is provided via the 3CX Linux Version and powered by our VMware Hardware.

We do not oversubscribe VM’s and we only use Enterprise Hardware.

Recording and Voicemail – Every 60 seconds of recorded audio is approximately 1MB. Remember this into consideration when choosing hard disk size.
