Mobile Sim Cards from I.T Communications allows you to offer Mobile Sim’s to your customers on month by month bases.

What is ‘pro rata’ billing?

Your mobile subscriptions are paid for in advance and invoices are based on a set monthly bill date – usually 1st of every month.

On a connection’s first invoice, or first invoice after a tariff change, there will often be some pro rata billing.

Example – First invoice since connection
This is when the additional line rental cost that hadn’t been charged in advance is added to the first full month’s line rental cost.

For example, if your monthly line rental is £22.50.00pcm and your subscription is connected on the 15th of the month, you will receive a bill on the 1st of the following month covering all of that month, plus the unpaid 15
days’ line rental from the previous month and one month in advance making that bill total £56.25

FAIR USAGE POLICY

Unlimited Allowances
Unlimited bundles are truly unlimited where usage is appropriate to subscription type.Inappropriate usage would be considered as the following:

> Any usage outside normal commercial practice
> Any usage made via automated means (also see Gateway/AIT FUP)
> Any usage that damages or impairs the hosting network
> Any usage considered fraudulent, abusive, illegal or a nuisance
> Data usage where users regularly tether to 12 or more devices or have used 650GB of data twice within
a 6 month period
> Data usage where roaming outside of the UK and exceeding more than 25GB within a single billing period*
We may investigate usage in order to ascertain whether your unlimited usage is in line with these guidelines.
In the event inappropriate usage is determined then we reserve the right to restrict services, adjust the plan or
terminate the agreement based on the severity of the misuse.
*In line with Vodafone changes, in the instance of Vodafone
Unlimited data tariffs, charges of £4.34 per GB will apply as standard after the initial 25GB roaming fair usage
allowance is exceeded.

Gateways/Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT)

I.T Communications does not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including, without limitation, text or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile to mobile call or transmission.

Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services. I.T Communications reserves the right to suspend without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used.

During suspension, the liability for any access charges or calls will rest with the
Reseller.

1 Month Sim Terms

We will continue to enforce a 1 Month notice period alongside a £30 exc VAT Cease Fee per connection, payable for disconnection requests of 25+ numbers that have not been active for at least 24 months.

Migrations

All same network migrations are subject to a £30 exc VAT per connection fee. In addition, I.T Communications reserve the right to invoice a £175 migration fee for any number that migrates into I.T Communications from a Vodafone Direct channel and then subsequently migrates back out. This is not required for any migrations already ‘within channel’ under alternative suppliers.

This relates to numbers that migrate onto Vodafone with I.T Communications, on PACs containing the following prefixes– VCN / VOE / VUK, that then migrate back out to Vodafone within 12 months from the date of connection.

These PAC prefixes include migrations from Vodafone Partner Services (VPS), Vodafone Distributors and from Vodafone’s Direct sales teams.

In order for us to maintain acceptable levels of inbound migrations on a monthly basis, all pipeline deals that include fifty or more migrations from direct network channels on PAC prefixes VCN, VOE or VUK must now be pre-approved in writing by our Commercial Team.

In the event that a non-approved deal containing 50+ qualifying migrations is being connected, I.T Communications reserve the right to apply an additional monthly charge.

All subscriptions within the order will be separately invoiced an additional £15.00 (ex. VAT) ‘VF Direct
Migration Penalty’ fee for a period of no less than 24 months from date of connection.

In the event of termination within that 24 month period, then I.T Communications will invoice an Early Termination Fee (ETF) for the outstanding arrears of the penalty fee only.

Line rental and subscription service charges would not be applicable within the ETF.

Tariff Change Fee

If you would like to move existing connections/base on to the new tariffs, there will be a Tariff Change Fee of £30 exc. VAT per number.

In line with our cease fee policy, connections active for over 24 months will be exempt from this charge.

TravelFree
TravelFree is our enhanced version of Roam Like At Home (RLAH – not only giving you access to UK bundles and rates within the listed EU Zone 1 destinations, but also covering destinations further afield.

This allows end users to utilise their home tariff package in a number of destinations worldwide with no daily fees or monthly cost uplifts.

When utilising TravelFree you can call back to the UK and call within the same zone as you are currently in without incurring out of bundle charges.

TravelPlus is an alternative to World Travel Select (WTS). It is only available on selected tariffs and is aligned directly with TravelFree. Like WTS, it offers an alternative to pence per minute rates, in the form of an opt-in daily roaming
rate of £6 per day (exc. VAT), and will allow users full access to their UK bundles and allowances whilst roaming in a selection of worldwide destinations.

When utilising TravelPlus you can call back to the UK and call within the same country as you are currently in without incurring out of bundle charges.
This must be opted into at point of sale and specifically covers data usage, SMS and calls in-country and/or back to the UK within the below listed countries:

Vodafone Unlimited Data Sim
