If we have a network issue which prevents you from calling us, you can now reach us via 03300 978 474.
Whilst the off-network phone number will always route to our Call Centre 24/7 365. The purpose of the call centre is they will know about any network issues. Advise you of our Off-Network status page (if you are not already aware) and if required the call centre can reach us via Mobile, Teams and VoIP.
